Thermography | $395

Includes consultation, 18 pictures, results, cold challenge test, and protocol to follow to treat any condition found and/or help prevent future condition from arising.

 

Office Visit | $250

For 1 hour consultation or treatment (i.e. biofeedback)

 

1/2 Hour Office Visit | $150

For test results includes protocol to follow based on results

 

1/2 Hour Phone Consultation | $150

For test results includes protocol to follow based on results

 

15-Minute Visit or Phone Consult | $60-$75 (depending on what's needed)

Injection or a 15 minute visit or phone consult

 

All fees must be paid up front. Dr. Dekel does not accept any insurance but he will provide you with a bill containing the necessary ICD-9 and ICPT Procedure codes that you can submit to your insurance company. If you have out-of-network coverage, your insurance company should pay a percentage of the bill. Dr. Dekel accepts cash and all major credit cards.

 

All lab fees for blood tests, saliva tests, etc. are paid directly to lab by patient. Insurance is usually accepted for these tests.

 

**All supplements are an additional cost. The price depends on cost of products.
